Do you bring your own equipment and products?
In most cases, we provide all equipment, materials, and consumables. However, in some situations, clients may prefer to supply their own, and we’re happy to accommodate that as part of the agreement.
How often can you come in?
We can come in as often as required, including daily cleaning if needed.
What hours do you operate?
We operate overnight, allowing us to clean without disrupting your daily operations. If a different time frame is required, we’re always happy to assess and accommodate where possible.
Do you offer one-off cleans or only recurring services?
We specialise in recurring cleaning services, as they allow us to maintain consistent quality over time. However, we also take on one-off cleans for larger jobs, such as deep cleans or projects that require more than 5 hours.
Do you provide a checklist or scope of work?
Yes, every quote we provide includes a detailed scope of work and checklist. Once approved, this becomes part of the cleaning agreement, ensuring both the client and our team are fully aligned on the tasks and expectations.
