Natalia & Carlos - The People Behind IxaM

Natalia had been here before. She'd run a cleaning business with her siblings in Melbourne and knew the industry well — but more importantly, she knew what it was missing. With a background in visual merchandising, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a belief that a space should feel right, not just look clean.

Carlos came from a different world entirely. IT project management — systems, structure, solving problems before they happen. Cleaning wasn't on his radar. But when Natalia framed it as a business worth building, he saw exactly what she meant.


Together, they cover every angle. She brings the relationships and the eye for quality. He brings the operational backbone that keeps everything running. It's that combination — and their hands-on involvement — that makes IxaM feel different from day one.

From a Dog's Name to a Full-Time Business

The name? That came from Carlos sitting next to his dog Maxi while registering the business. "Maxi Services" was taken — so he flipped it. IxaM. Simple as that.

What started as a side project in Melbourne is now their full-time commitment. Today, they are all in — building something they're genuinely proud of, one space at a time.
